Our server-based accountability reports, enabled through the Activity Report Settings, can record instances of Internet access and the time periods in which the Internet was used. Because the reports are stored on our servers, the Internet history cannot be deleted or changed.

There are several ways that this can be used to enhance your Internet protection. The reports can be produced on demand through the My Account page, or they can be sent to an accountability partner(s) or supervisor’s e-mail account on a weekly basis.

E-Mail Addresses

This section lets you customize how Activity Reports are e-mailed.

Activity Report Settings Screen

Select the profile for the user you wish to monitor.

Enter a new e-mail address to send Activity Reports to and click Add Button to save the changes. Click OK Button to save the changes.

Click Cancel Button to abort the changes and return to the previous settings.

Click Remove Button to stop sending Activity Reports to a user listed in the dialog box.

Options

This section allows you to customize the data collected from the Activity Reports feature.

You can:

1. Disable reporting completely.

2. Record and save the collected data to your account.

3. Have the records sent to specified emails addresses.

Select the option you want and click OK Button to save changes
